We always hear chocolate covered pretzels, but why not not peanut butter covered pretzels [with a dark chocolate drizzle].
Ingredients:
1 packet of Pretzel Slims (plain)
3 Dove Dark Chocolate squares (or whatever kind you prefer)
1/2 cup of peanut butter (I used creamy no stir peanut butter from Trader Joe's)
Directions:
Put the peanut butter in a small bowl fill. Microwave 25 seconds then stir, repeat until all the peanut butter is melted.
Place some parchment paper on a cooking tray (this will help with the peanut butter sticking). Then take each pretzel slim and dip halfway into the peanut butter. Then place on cooking tray. Once you have finished dipping as many pretzels as desired, heat the dark chocolate.
Place the dark chocolate in a small bowl. Microwave 25 seconds then stir, repeat until all the chocolate is melted. Then take a small spoon with some of the chocolate on it and quickly shake your hand back and forth over the pretzels to create a drizzle. Once you have finished the drizzle, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then serve :)
*keep the pretzels in the fridge if you have some left over. Chances are, you won't!
